Wing Chun Kung Fu - Written by James Yimm Lee Edited by Bruce Lee Chinese Language Edition This is a PDF Chinese language edition of James Yimm Lee's "Wing Chun Kung Fu" book. The English version was first published in 1972, by Ohara Publications. It was one of the first books in English published about Wing Chun. The book was edited  Bruce Lee and Ted Wong. Inside the book James introduces the reader to Sil Lim Tao (Siu Nim Tau) form, the immovable-elbow and centerline theories, chi sao (sticky hands), trapping, and much more. Readers familiar with the Yip Man's Wing Chun, will see it as familiar, but not strictly traditional Yip Man Wing Chun. It has been influenced by Bruce Lee's stylistic interpretations.

Hao Family Taijiquan

Hao Shaoru(郝少如) demonstrating Wu-Style(Hao-Family) Taijiquan - 武式(郝氏)太极拳 This form is often referred to as New Frame(Xinjia,新架), so as to distinguish it from the stylistic interpretations that his father(Hao Yueru,郝月如) and grandfather(Hao Weizhen,郝為真) taught. The style was created by Wu Yuxiang(武禹襄), then passed on to Li Yiyu(李亦畬), then onto Hao Shaoru's grandfather, Hao Weizhen(郝為真).

Cheng-Style Baguazhang - Eight Old Palms. Demonstrated by Liu Jingru Liu Jingru is an expert of Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, Preying Mantis Boxing and Wushu 8 Dan. He was born on July 5, 1936 in Gaoyang County of Hebei Province, China. In 1947, Liu's family moved to Beijing. In 1957 he began to learn Cheng-Style Baguazhang and Xingyiquan under Master Luo Xingwu, a disciple of Li Wenbiao who was a student of Cheng Tinghua, founder of  Cheng-Style Baguazhang.  In 1962, Liu learnt Luoxuanquan and Yin-Style Baguazhang from Qiu Zhihe, a student of Yin Zhankui, and he also learnt Six Harmonies Praying Mantis Boxing from Shan Xiangling. At the same time, he was further guided by Cheng Yeuxin, Liu Tanfeng and Wang Wenkui to pursue his wushu career.
