Just Wushu uses a mobile first approach to navigation. In other words, we have implemented a site navigation system that is designed to work well on mobile devices, as well as desktop devices.

The downside this approach is, navigation menus have to be kept minimal to avoid cluttering up the viewing port. For those unfamiliar with this approach, it can lead to some confusion on how to navigate the site. Normally you look for a categories menu to navigate to a section of a site you wish to visit. However, on this site this has been omitted to optimize viewing on smaller devices. To navigate to a section of the site, we have included an alternative method. To achieve this, just locate Tags and select the topic you are interested in, and the link will take you to a listing of all posts under that Tag.

 You can locate Tags at the bottom of articles and in the sidebar.

Cheng-Style Baguazhang - Eight Old Palms. Demonstrated by Liu Jingru Liu Jingru is an expert of Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, Preying Mantis Boxing and Wushu 8 Dan. Hung Gar Gung Character Pattern Tiger Subduing Fist - Gung Ji Fook Fu Kuen - 洪拳工字伏虎拳.  Demonstrated by Mark Ho and students Mark Houghton born on March 8th 1962 in Nuneaton UK. His Chinese name is Ho Mak, and he is also sometimes referred to as Mark Ho. He has been studying martial arts since he was 14 years old.
